Mumbai: 10 people were killed when a truck collided with a van on the Mumbai-Goa highway in Raigad district of Maharashtra state.
Some people from Hedvi village in Ratnagiri district of Maharashtra were going to their hometown in a van. They were traveling on the Mumbai-Goa highway in Raigai district when a lorry heading towards Mumbai collided with a van. 10 people died including a boy, a girl and 3 women. Their bodies were taken to the government hospital for post-mortem. The police arrested the lorry driver and registered a case against him.
