10 lakhs for firefighters in 4 years; Must be 17.5 years of age to apply; Center released the guideline

New Delhi: The Center has released the guidelines for the Agneepath project. The Center has said it will not back down from the plan despite strong protests across the country. The Air Force today released a detailed guideline on the Agneepath project.

The guideline states that people under the age of 18 can also be part of the scheme. However, if the applicant is a minor, parental consent is required. People between the ages of 17.5 and 21 will be considered for the election. There will be a total of thirty days of paid leave per year. In addition, sick leave will be allowed. Sick leave will be granted on the advice of a medical practitioner.

All Indian citizens can apply on the fire path. Under the Seva Nidhi package, the selected candidates will be paid a salary of Rs 10.04 lakh over four years. Candidates entering through the scheme will get a salary of Rs. 30,000 / – per month for the first year. Apart from this, other allowances for travel and clothing will also be given. There is no provident fund or PF from the government. Candidates will be eligible for a policy of up to `48 lakh for 4 years of service.

After tenure, candidates will be given 10% reservation in the paramilitary and defense ministries. The reservation will be for Defense Public Sector Undertakings, Coast Guard and non-military vacancies in the Armed Forces. The Home Ministry has also confirmed this. The Home Ministry has announced a 10 per cent reservation for paramilitary units and Assam Rifles. This is in addition to the 10% reservation currently offered to ex-military personnel. In addition, the age limit for applying for service in the paramilitary units and the Assam Rifles will be reduced by 3 years. Those in the first batch will be given this exemption for five years.
