A group of national coaches in a list of about 10, including the coach of Hatta, Dr. Abdullah Misfer, and the coach of Dibba Al-Hisn, Muhammad bin Jalbout, succeeded in making a quantum leap with their teams, which competed for qualification to play in the next season of the ADNOC Professional League, as it also stands out in the forefront. Other coaches, led by Al-Dhaid coach, Mohammed Saeed Al-Tunaiji, who managed to make a quantum leap in the ranks of his team that was suffering in the past two seasons, and Al-Taawun coach, Badr Tabib, who succeeded in imparting an unprecedented upward competitive spirit to the Al-Taawun team, in addition to the previous coaches. And he continued: «In many matches, the coach is dismissed, and blamed for the losses, although this is not the case, but because there are other parties inside and outside the stadium, which is a negative situation that must be disposed of, especially with the citizen coach, and for example.

The international lecturer, Omar Al-Hammadi, said: “The success of the citizen coach depends on his strength and his ability to challenge obstacles, in order to continue in the training work without being subjected to direct dismissal or that dismissal wrapped in the term apology, and to convince the clubs’ administrations of the correctness of his vision in the training work, and persuade them to continue.”
He added, “Whatever the results, the citizen coach still needs support, by removing pressure on him, supporting him in all aspects, and working to encourage him.”
He continued: «The success achieved by the citizen coach in the first division is important, and must be followed up to strengthen it, and therefore the Football Association is required to find other means to support this».
As for the former player of Fujairah Club, Youssef bin Yaqoub, he said: “The confidence is almost non-existent on the part of our clubs and teams in the national coach, so we desperately need a greater role for the Football Association and the departments of clubs and sports councils, to encourage them, just as these departments work to provide means of success and the ideal environment for foreign coaches.” National competencies are capable of making a difference.”
