So far 106 episodes of radio program Mann Ki Baat have been telecast.
The 107th episode of PM Modi’s radio program Mann Ki Baat will be telecast on Sunday 26 November. In this show to be telecast on the last Sunday of every month at 11 am, the PM can also talk about the assembly elections held in 5 states this time.
This time PM Modi had sought suggestions from people for Mann Ki Baat, for which he had appealed to give suggestions through social media post on my gov or NaMo app.
He had said that the main feature of this program is the inspiring stories of people from different fields, which are making each episode more enriching.
In the last episode it was said to promote local for vocal.
The mantra of Vocal for Local was given in the 106th episode of the radio program Mann Ki Baat. The Prime Minister had said- The festival of Diwali is coming in a few days. I appeal to my countrymen to buy only Made in India goods. In Mann Ki Baat, the Prime Minister had appealed to buy local goods on Diwali.
PM had also told that the sale of Khadi products in the country was less than Rs 30 thousand crore, now it has become Rs 1.25 lakh crore.
The first Mann Ki Baat episode was aired in 2014.
The first episode of Mann Ki Baat was aired on 3 October 2014. The time limit for the first episode was 14 minutes. This was increased to 30 minutes in June 2015. The 100th episode of Mann Ki Baat was broadcast on 30 April 2023. Mann Ki Baat program is broadcast in 23 languages and 29 dialects. It is also broadcast in 11 foreign languages including French, Pashto, Chinese.
