Jharkhand. Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren has expanded his cabinet today i.e. on 5th December. Governor Santosh Kumar Gangwar has administered oath to a total of 11 MLAs. 6 MLAs from JMM and 4 from RJD have become ministers. Whereas 1 MLA from Congress has become a minister.
From JMM, Sudivya Kumar Sonu, Chamra Linda, Hafijul Hasan, Ramdas Soren, Deepak Biruwa, Yogendra Prasad took oath as ministers. Whereas from Congress, Radhakrishna Kishore, Irfan Ansari, Deepika Pandey and Shilpi Neha Tirkey took oath. Apart from this, Sanjay Prasad Yadav from RJD took oath who has become MLA from Godda for the third time.
Congress MLA Shilpi Neha Tirkey took oath. She represents Mandar constituency in Ranchi. Second time MLA. He won the election after his father Bandhu Tirkey was disqualified in a money laundering case. JMM MLA from Gomia Yogendra Prasad took the oath of secrecy before the Governor. Yogendra Prasad has been winning this seat continuously since 2014.
Congress leader Deepika Pandey Singh took oath as minister. Deepika Pandey Singh has been elected member of Jharkhand Assembly from Mahagama. Deepika is also the National Secretary of the Indian National Congress. JMM (JMM) MLA Hafizul Hasan took oath in Urdu. Taking oath, he said that I swear in the name of Allah that I will work truthfully and honestly.
