1,500 players participate in the football tournament as part of the “Dubai Schools Games”

The football championship competitions within the “Dubai Schools Games” will start at nine in the morning, the largest sports tournament of its kind in Dubai, which includes 22 various sports games, and more than 5,000 students from 220 schools participate in it, and it is organized by the “ESM” company in cooperation With Dubai Sports Council for the third year in a row, sponsored by Liv Digital Bank (liv) of Emirates NBD. More than 1,500 male and female players are participating in the football tournament, making up 126 teams from 35 schools, competing in eight age groups: girls under 13 and 15 years old, and boys under 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15 years old. The tournament competitions will continue from 16 to 26 January. The matches of the first week of the tournament will be held at Shabab Al-Ahly Club Stadium in Al-Awir area from January 16 to 19, where the competitions for girls under 13 years will be held with the participation of 16 teams today, Monday, and the competitions for girls under 15 years will start with the participation of 14 teams tomorrow, and the competitions for boys under 10 years will start With the participation of 16 teams the day after tomorrow, the U-11 boys’ competition will start with the participation of 16 teams on Thursday.
