Shimla: Lagal Spiti District of Himachal Pradesh, Shinkula – 3 workers were engaged in removing the snow from the road yesterday in a village called Sika between Tharcha.
Then an avalanche occurred and the 3 workers were buried in the snow. Rakesh from Chamba district of Himachal Pradesh and Rambudha from Nepal were recovered as dead bodies.
