1. Train collided in Odisha, 288 killed, 900 injured, who is responsible for the accident, not known

In the train accident in Balasore, Odisha on Friday evening, 288 people died, more than 900 people were injured. This number may also increase. On the route where the accident took place, the anti-collision system ‘Kavach’, which prevents collision between vehicles, was not present. Till late Saturday night, the Railway Minister or the Railway Ministry did not say anything on the reasons for the accident.
If we look at the figures of those who died, then this is the third biggest train accident in the country. Earlier, on August 20, 1995, 400 people lost their lives in a train accident in Firozabad, UP. In Bihar, on June 6, 1981, a passenger train fell into the Bagmati river, in which more than 300 people died.

The world’s most expensive mango has been grown in Birbhum district of West Bengal. The price of this mango named ‘Miyazaki’ is 2 lakh 70 thousand rupees per kg.
