Digital Desk, Baghdad. The Iraqi Health Ministry has urged citizens to follow health precautionary measures during New Year’s celebrations.
In a statement, the ministry urged citizens to follow health precautionary measures, especially wearing masks, maintaining physical distance, as well as vaccinating, reports Xinhua news agency.
In a separate statement from the ministry, it has been said that 322 new cases of corona were reported in the country in the last 24 hours, due to which the cases of corona across the country have increased to 2,092,156.
So in the last 24 hours 7 people have died. With this, the death toll from the virus increased to 24,115. Iraq has been stepping up its vaccination campaign since January.
