326 players participate in the Vice President’s Cup for Athletics

Today, the Vice-President’s Cup for Running, organized by the Athletics Association, begins at Al Warqa Park in Dubai, with the participation of 326 male and female players representing 17 clubs.

The tournament activities begin at exactly two o’clock in the afternoon for the age groups (men – women – young men – young women – juniors – juniors – cubs (boys and girls), representing the clubs: Shabab Al-Ahly, Al-Wasl, Dibba Al-Hisn, Fujairah, Sharjah, Al-Dhaid, Hatta, Al-Hamriya, Falaj. Al-Mualla, Emirates, Khorfakkan, Al-Rams, Masafi, Al-Bataeh, Maliha, Kalba and Abu Dhabi Athletics Federation.

The Secretary-General of the Athletics Federation, Nasser Muhammad bin Ashour, affirmed that “the Vice-President’s Cup championship is of great importance in the context of strong competition between clubs to be crowned first places, and confirms the great desire to enhance the good levels witnessed in past competitions, especially since there are many talents.” It enjoys the interest of clubs that share with us visions that support the directions through which we seek to sustain the desired strategy for the future of the game.
