In athletics, Noura Al Ketbi came in eighth place in the finals of the F32 javelin throw competition, covering a distance of 20.69 metres, while her colleague Dhikra Al Kaabi came in ninth place in the same competition with a distance of 20.29 metres.
In shooting, which took place yesterday, Abdullah Sultan Al Aryani came in ninth place in the qualifiers for the 10-meter air rifle standing competition, scoring 618.3 points, while the top eight qualified for the finals. Obaid Al Dahmani came in 13th place in the same competition, scoring 613.9 points out of a total of 18 participating shooters.
