Ahmedabad: Subman Gill, the young player of the Indian cricket team, scored a century in the third T20 against New Zealand. With this, he has set the record of becoming the fifth Indian cricketer to score a century in three formats of cricket – Test, ODI and T20. Earlier this record was achieved by Indian players Rohit Sharma, Suresh Raina, KL Rahul and Virat Kohli.
Along with this, he also holds the record of being the batsman who scored most runs in a single innings for the Indian team in T20 international cricket. He scored 126 runs off 63 balls in this match. This is his first century in international T20 cricket. In T20 cricket, Kohli scored 122 runs in 61 balls and Rohit scored 118 runs in 43 balls.
Gill scored 50 off 35 balls in this match. He threatened the next 76 runs in just 28 balls. Every shot he played was amazing.
