Moscow: A Russian military plane carrying 74 people, including 65 prisoners of war from Ukraine, has crashed and has been reported dead.

The war does not seem to be over yet. In this case, a Russian military plane carrying 65 Ukrainian prisoners crashed. It is said that the tragic accident happened at 11 am in Belgrod, Russia, a city bordering Ukraine. It seems that 6 crew members and 3 paramilitary personnel were traveling in the plane along with 65 prisoners of war.
The Ilyushin Il-76 is said to be a military transport aircraft designed to carry troops, cargo, military equipment and weapons. Namely, the plane crashed while carrying 65 Ukrainian prisoners for a prisoner exchange.
While the cause of the accident is not known, 74 people, including 65 prisoners of war, who were traveling in the plane died, according to Belgrod Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov. Firefighters, ambulances and police rushed to the scene of the accident in the Korosansky district of Belgorod.

The Speaker of the Russian Parliament has accused Ukraine of shooting down the plane carrying prisoners of war. Dmitry Peskov, a spokesman for Russian President Putin, said he could not comment on the crash because he did not have enough information.
