The national team raised its tally in the Arab Billiards and Snooker Championship, for general and junior, currently held in the Saudi capital, Riyadh, to seven colored medals (two gold, one silver, and four bronze), after adding three new medals yesterday.
The team won the silver medal in the men’s team snooker competition, after the duo, consisting of Muhammad Al-Joker and Muhammad Shehab, lost in the final match to its Iraqi counterpart, who won the gold with a score of 3-1.
In the junior singles competition, Saif Al Zaabi lost to Egyptian Adham Ismail in the snooker singles semi-final with a score of 1-3 to win the bronze medal.
In the billiards competition, and among the men’s 10-ball doubles competitions, our team won the bronze medal, after losing to its Bahraini counterpart with a score of 8-9.
