The Emirates Modern Sailing and Rowing Federation announced the program for the 2025 round series of the (Emirates Champion) Modern Sailing Championship, which includes seven rounds in which modern sailing boats will be sailed in the categories Ka7, 6, 4 and Optimist.
The federation said in a press statement: “SP20 boat competitions designated for teams will appear in the Tour Series categories for the first time.”
The beaches of Dubai will host the first and second rounds of the tournament, with the Dubai Beach Boat Club hosting the opening round on the 18th and 19th of this month, and the Dubai International Marine Sports Club organizing the second round on the first and second of next February.
The tournament will move in its third round to the beach of Al Hamriya City in Sharjah, where the Al Hamriyah Club will organize the competitions on the fifth and sixth of next April, while the fourth round competitions will be held for the first time in Umm Al Quwain on the fourth and fifth of next May, hosted by the Umm Al Quwain Marine Sports Club.
The competitions for the fifth and sixth rounds will be held on the waters of the capital, Abu Dhabi, where the Abu Dhabi Marine Sports Club will organize the fifth round on October 18 and 19, then the Z Club will organize the sixth round on November 15 and 16, while the Sharjah International Marine Sports Club will host the seventh and final round on December 13 and 14.

May 4-5: Round 4, Umm Al Quwain Marine Sports Club.
October 18-19: Round 5, Abu Dhabi Marine Sports Club.
November 15-16: Round 6, Z Club Abu Dhabi.
December 13-14: Round 7, Sharjah International Marine Sports Club.
