Bhojpur: There is a district government hospital in Arah Nagar, Bihar. More than 80 people, including more than 10 children, came here yesterday with stray dog bite injuries. Local people say that they were all bitten by the same dog.
On information, the authorities sent a team to catch the dog. By then the local people had beaten the dog to death.
Hospital manager Kaushal Dubey said, “86 people who came to the clinic with injuries were treated and vaccinated against rabies. Even though it was a Republic Day holiday, a special camp was conducted in the hospital premises on the orders of the district officer,” he said.
