The woman accidentally stepped on the broken power line on the roadside. The preliminary conclusion is that the power line was not in their sight because it was dark. The accident happened while they were walking with their baby. Katugodi police registered a case and started investigation.
Police have registered a case in the death of the woman and are interrogating the officials and employees of Bangalore Electricity Supply Company Limited (BESCOM). Mother and daughter died of shock at six o’clock in the morning. Bescom officials are also being interrogated as a case is being investigated.’ Whitefield Deputy Commissioner Sivakumar Gunare said.
Local residents who went for a walk in the morning informed about the shock of the mother and daughter. When the police reached the spot, they were found lying dead of shock. A detailed investigation is going on and the officials are being interrogated. Whitefield Deputy Commissioner of Police said that appropriate action will be taken.
