The Belgian actor of Moroccan origin, Abdel Karim Qaisi, entered the line of the tragedy of the killing of two young men at the hands of the Algerian border guards in Saidia Beach, stressing that the Algerian military caused the death of many members of his family.
The famous actor revealed, in a post he shared with his followers on Instagram, that the Algerian border police had killed several members of his family, adding: “Unfortunately, my village is located near the border, and my family has paid and is still paying a heavy price because of this hatred.”
Kaissi denounced the Algerian navy’s killing of his young cousin, Bilal Qaisi, calling on the Moroccan authorities to bring the matter before international bodies, so that this inhumane practice by “the bandits who rule Algeria” would be stopped.
The actor extended his condolences to the families of the victims, saying: “I pray to God to give them strength and patience in the face of this terrible ordeal of losing a child. I wish the same for Bilal’s other family of friends and friend who are still missing and for the person in detention.”
