Bangalore: Bengaluru-based businessman Satish is the President of Indian Dog Breeders Association. Besides construction and mining, he also runs a dog shop in Bengaluru called ‘Kadapom’s Kennels’. A few years ago, he bought a ‘Tibetan Mastiff’ dog for Rs 10 crore, an ‘Alaskan Malamute’ dog for Rs 8 crore and a Dosa Mastiff dog from Korea for Rs 1 crore.
In this case, two days ago Satish bought a ‘Caucasian Shepherd’ dog from a businessman from Hyderabad for Rs 20 crore.
The dog named ‘Kadabom Hyder’ is one and a half years old. This dog belonging to the ‘Caucasian Shepherd’ breed is found in countries including Russia, Turkey and Georgia. Can live for 10 to 12 years.
According to Satish, “Kadabom Hyder” dog won 32 medals in the dog show held in Trivandrum. This month I wanted to introduce this dog to everyone. But as the hair is shedding, I will introduce it next month,” he said.
