Etah. In Etah, a speeding truck hit a roadways bus of Pilibhit depot from behind, after which the roadways bus fell into a ditch. 11 people were injured in this accident, out of which the condition of two people is said to be critical. On receiving the information, Etah SSP reached the spot.
Actually, on the highway of Etah district, at around 3 o’clock this morning, a speeding truck hit a Uttar Pradesh Roadways bus from behind. Due to this terrible accident, 11 passengers of the bus were injured and there was screaming in the entire area.
This tragic accident happened near Virampur village. A roadways bus of Pilibhit depot was going from Aligarh to Farrukhabad on Rampur Ghanshyampur highway of Thana Kotwali Dehat area. Then a truck coming at high speed hit the bus from behind. After the accident, Etah police with the help of villagers took all the injured to Etah Medical College, where they are getting immediate treatment.
On receiving the information, Etah SSP Shyam Narayan Singh and ASP Dhananjay Singh Kushwaha and CO City Vikrant Dwivedi immediately reached the spot and took stock of the situation. The police have sent all the other passengers in the roadways bus to their respective destinations.
