A Malayali Who Was Undergoing Treatment In A Car Accident Died In Saudi

Yanbu: Last Thursday, a vehicle carrying Malayalees traveling from Yanbu to Makkah for Umrah met with an accident. Muhammad Ismail, who was in the vehicle, died at King Abdullah Medical Complex, Ab Hur, Jeddah, while he was being treated at Pevumkattil House, Parakuil, Tirur Ozhur Panchayat, Malappuram District. He was 39 years old.

While going for Umrah, the accident occurred when the heavy dyna driven by a Pakistani crashed into the rental car they were traveling in at a place called Khulaiz. Apart from Ismail, four Malayalees were also injured. But their injuries were not serious. Ismail was treated for serious head injuries.

Ismail was an employee of SMEH Contracting Company at Yanbu Royal Commission Hospital. He was doing cleaning work. Father Muhammad Pevumkattil, mother Fatima. Wife: Raihanath, two little girls. Ismail has 4 siblings.

Ismail was an active member of the Royal Commission Unit in Jeddah Navodaya Yanbu area.
