Loan fair for non-resident entrepreneurs in Malappuram district – March 7, 8
A loan fair for non-resident entrepreneurs is being organized in collaboration with Canara Bank and Aster Group-led Kalpakancheri Miles. Loan Mela will be held at Kadungatukund Miles in Malappuram district on 7th and 8th March. Non-resident entrepreneurs of Malappuram district who are interested in starting or expanding enterprises, non-resident associations, companies and societies formed by non-residents can participate in the fair.

Those who have returned home permanently after working abroad for at least two years can apply. You can participate with passport copy proving that you have worked abroad for more than two years, two passport size photographs, Aadhaar, Pancard, Election Identification Card, Ration Card, Scheme Explanation and other documents required for the scheme.
The loan fair is under the NORCA Department Project for Returned Emigrants (NDPREM) scheme implemented by the state government through NORCA ROOTS for the rehabilitation of returned expatriates. NDP offers loans ranging from Rs 1 lakh to a maximum of Rs 30 lakh for non-resident enterprises. Allotment under REM scheme. Entrepreneurs will get 15 percent capital subsidy (up to a maximum of Rs. three lakh) and 3 percent interest subsidy (for the first four years) for regular loan repayment through the scheme.
