Elon Musk, CEO of Twitter, announced that he had found a new CEO for the social networking platform, and that she would start work in about six weeks.
“My role will move to Executive Chairman and Chief Technology Officer, overseeing Products, Software and Computers,” he added in a tweet. However, he did not mention the name of the candidate.
Excited to announce that I’ve hired a new CEO for X/Twitter. She will be starting in ~6 weeks!

While the move is likely to assuage the concerns of Tesla investors, who have been increasingly concerned about the time Musk is devoting to making changes to Twitter.
Tesla shares jumped 2.4 percent on the news.
Rapid changes
Musk said in November that he expected to reduce his time at Twitter and eventually find a new CEO to run the social media company.
The first two weeks after buying the Twitter Mask in October saw rapid changes. He quickly fired Parag Agrawal, the former CEO of Twitter, and other senior leaders before laying off half his staff in November.
