The “Meta” company responsible for the “Instagram” network announced the launch of a new feature in the network that many users might like.
In this regard, the company’s president, Mark Zuckerberg, said, “The new Channels feature allows content makers on Instagram to share public messages between one person and interact directly with their followers, and this feature supports various types of content such as texts, images, polls, reactions, and others.”
And publishing through the new feature will be limited to the creators of “channels” who are content creators on “Instagram” only, and followers of these channels will be allowed to respond to the content and interact with publications or opinion polls, according to TechCrunch.
Mark Zuckerberg also indicated that “Channels” in Instagram will get additional features in the future, and it is assumed that this service will be launched in Messenger and Facebook applications in the coming months.
According to the available information, the new feature was introduced experimentally to a number of accounts on “Instagram” now, and it is supposed to reach a greater number of users in the future.
