After winning his first match in the Rome Open tennis tournament, Serbian tennis player Novak Djokovic was hit by a projectile from a crowd falling on his head.
Once the match ended, Djokovic, in the usual sign of a match winner, approached the stands to sign autographs for the fans, most of whom were children, and to take pictures.

When a fan bent down to get a pen, a bowl of water fell from his bag on the Serbian tennis player’s head.
Sources from the organizing body confirmed that “Novak went to the nurse for treatment, but it is likely that he does not need even a single stitch because it is a very superficial injury.”
The tournament released a video showing that Novak Djokovic was hit on the head by accident.
The bottle slipped from a fan’s backpack.
