An 11-year-old boy with special needs who died of a cold in Dubna near Moscow got on the wrong bus on the way to the Opportunity special school. The director of the educational institution Valeria Smirnova told Izvestia about this.
According to her, the child left the house and had to get to the educational institution by bus that transports the children, but got on the citywide transport.
“He (the bus. – Ed.) Follows a certain route, the parents let the children down or sit down themselves, and they just let him out of the house. He used to get on some other minibus, which minibus came up, and he got into this one. The parent had to bring the child and plant – he would not go anywhere. Let such a child float freely – well, of course … Just put him out of the house and “go”, – said the director.
Smirnova noted that the administration of the educational institution immediately sounded the alarm when it turned out that the second grader did not appear in class.
“The parents were informed that their stepfather had arrived. We did not find the child, we immediately reported to the police, and he went to the police. The fact is that the child did not arrive during the first lesson. But kids are special – they can oversleep, they can get sick. After the lesson, the class teacher immediately wrote to my father, how this situation was clarified, we immediately reported. We do not communicate with my mother – she categorically refuses to communicate with us, ”she explained.
