A week full of homophobia: COC advocates stopping football matches

A series of gay hate-related incidents last week has angered and saddened COC Netherlands. The interest group has also noticed that there is a regular link with the football world. “Anti-gay chants are tolerated, as if it were normal. But even then you would have to stop competitions.”
