On January 15, PIB India shared the photo of this fake message circulating on social media saying it is fake news and asked to be vigilant. It is advised not to forward such messages to others. Also.. it has warned that no one should click on the links and share their financial and other details. ‘PIB fact check this message is fake. Attempted forgery. Do not share your personal and financial details with anyone. PIB warned.
PIB has concluded through fact check that the message of loans to those who have Aadhaar card has been circulating on social media since August last year. It has given a warning not to share such false news with others, otherwise they will get into trouble. It has been clarified that the central government has not introduced any schemes like loans of Rs.4.78 lakhs for Aadhaar card holders.
