He said that the team strengthened its ranks after signing five new players, namely the Brazilian resident Santana from Gulf FC, the Gambian professional Matar Badji from Masfout, compatriots Youssef Shah and Mahmoud Qassem from Hamriya, and Abdullah Al Ghafri from Masfout. Regarding the team’s victory over Al-Dhaid and then its draw with Al-Arabi in the last two rounds, he stressed that this would give the team a high moral boost to restore confidence and raise the level of ambition.
