Rashid Al Qamzi on the “Abu Dhabi 1” boat will resume his journey to defend the championship title, in addition to the participation of rising star Mansour Al Mansouri on the “Abu Dhabi 2” boat. The team enters the fifth and penultimate round with high morale, especially after achieving positive results in the fourth round of the championship in the Italian city of San Nazzaro, through which it achieved the title of the round and second place with Rashid Al Qamzi coming in first, and Al Mansouri coming in second, after strong and fierce competition with 20 boats that participated in the competition.
Rashid Al Qamzi currently leads the overall standings with 52 points, followed by Sweden’s Matilda Wiberg with 44 points, Lithuanian Edgras Ryabko with 43 points, and Mansour Al Mansouri with 31 points.
Rashid Al Qamzi has a great chance of winning the title for the fifth time in his history this season, and the second in a row, with the fighting spirit he showed, and the distinguished level in the past rounds, and with two rounds remaining until the end of the championship, as the fifth round will be held in Piso, then the sixth and final round will move to the city of Vila Velha in Portugal as well next week.
