Abu Dhabi will host the World Summit for Sports Leaders “Leaders”, in its new version, which is scheduled to last for two days, from 16 to 17 March, at the Yas Marina Circuit Conference Center, as part of the agenda of the Abu Dhabi Sports Council, and its continuous initiatives to consolidate Abu Dhabi’s position as a leading destination for sports Globalism.
A press release said: “The summit program on the first day includes the activities of the main conference, while the second day includes organizing workshops, seminars and discussions, in the presence of a large number of global sports business leaders from leading global sports institutions and bodies, as well as national sports institutions.”
The upcoming summit, in which more than 400 global sports leaders will participate, will discuss the most important developments in the global sports industry, including the most advanced technologies and media coverage of sports events and tournaments, as well as marketing and sponsorship matters, sports teams, and various topics related to the global sports sector. Four main themes: leadership, technology, creativity and experience.
The Secretary-General of the Abu Dhabi Sports Council, Aref Al-Awani, said in a press statement: “We are pleased to return to the Sports Business Leaders Summit in Abu Dhabi for 2022, after it was held last year in a virtual manner, and we welcome all participants in the new edition, which will present an important set of development opportunities and prospects for progress in the industry Sports, with the presence and participation of elite leaders in the field of sports business, which enhances our plans to present a world-class event at the magnificent Yas Marina Circuit.”
