According To Chandrababu's Age, He Should Be Produced In Court Within 24 Hours.. House Motion Petition On Arrest

House motion petition filed against Chandrababu Naidu’s arrest. On behalf of Chandrababu Naidu, his lawyers filed a House Motion Petition. The lawyers stated in the petition that it has been a long time since the arrest of Chandrababu Naidu.. Due to his age and health, he (Nara Chandrababu Naidu) should be produced in the court within 24 hours. The lawyers who went to the judge’s residence in Guru Nanak Colony at 11 pm on Saturday (September 9) filed a petition to this effect. The SIT officials complained to the judge that the TDP president Chandrababu Naidu’s arrest was violating the rules.

Responding to the Chandrababu House motion petition, the judge said that he will receive the petition directly in the court. The judge refused to meet TDP legal cell lawyers.

CID officials are questioning Chandrababu Naidu in the CIT office. The investigation is going on for more than 6 hours. It is reported that Chandrababu said that he did not know the answer to the questions asked by the investigating officers.

Protests across Andhra Pradesh
On the other hand, TDP has called for hunger strike across AP today in protest against Chandrababu’s arrest. TDP AP president Achchennaidu has asked to go on hunger strike in all the constituency centers of the state from 9 am. Achchennaidu called for a large number of leaders and activists to participate in hunger strikes.

Pawan Kalyan’s protest lying on the road
Jana Sena president Pawan Kalyan, who had left for Vijayawada by road to meet Chandrababu Naidu, was stopped by the police at Anumanchipalli. Pawan Kalyan protested by lying down on the road. They tried to go to Mangalagiri on foot. Due to this, there is a tense situation.

After the dramatic developments, the police gave permission to Pawan Kalyan to go to Vijayawada. However, only three cars were allowed. Pawan Kalyan left for Vijayawada.
