Hyderabad. Telugu actor Allu Arjun has appeared before the Hyderabad Police. He is to be interrogated in the stampede case that took place in the theater during the promotion of Pushpa-2. The actor reached Chikkadpally police station on Tuesday morning. Allu Arjun was earlier arrested in this case. But he got bail only after spending a night in jail.
Hyderabad Police on Monday issued a fresh summons to actor Allu Arjun; In which he was directed to appear at Chikkadpally police station at 11 am on Tuesday in connection with the death of a woman during the stampede at Sandhya theater during the premiere of Pushpa 2 on December 4. A case has been registered against the actor in this matter and he has been released on bail. After this summon, Allu Arjun appeared before the Hyderabad Police today.
In fact, on December 4, there was a stampede during the promotion of Pushpa-2 in a cinema theater in Hyderabad. A woman had died in this. This incident has created a political controversy in Telangana. BJP and BRS have targeted the Congress government regarding the matter that it is deliberately taking action against film personalities (Allu Arjun).
Let us tell you that last Sunday some protesters had damaged the property of Pushpa 2 star (Allu Arjun) demanding justice for the woman killed in the stampede. After this, six people involved in the protest were arrested by the police. However, he was released on bail on Monday.
