Nizam – Rs. 27.17 crores
Seeded – Rs.14.87 crores
Uttarandhra – Rs.12.29 crores
East – Rs.8.75 crores
West – Rs. 4.86 crores
Guntur – Rs.6.43 crores
Krishna – Rs.6.16 crores
Nellore – Rs.3.18 crores
For 8 days, the total share collection of Rs.83.71 crores has come in two Telugu states. According to the trade circles, it is Rs 135.20 crore as per the gross receipts. Karnataka and Restof India together Rs. 6.40 crores. Overseas Rs. 11.05 crore share proceeds. Globally, the share collection for 8 days was Rs.101.16 crores (gross collections say Rs.173.35 crores).
Waltheru Veeraiya created a record as the third film in Chiranjeevi’s career to earn a share of Rs 100 crore. Mahesh is at the top of the list of heroes who have achieved a share of Rs 100 crore till now. Mahesh Kitty has four such images. Now Chiranjeevi has entered the race as a 100 crore hero of three films.
This film starring Chiranjeevi and Ravi Teja as brothers is a commercial entertainer with action, dance and brother sentimental elements impressing the audience. Shruti Haasan and Catherine Tresa acted as heroines. The scenes between Chiru and Ravi Teja are entertaining the audience immensely. All those who have seen Chiranjeevi’s dances and acting appreciate that it is like seeing a vintage Chiranjeevi. The movie will appeal to the family audience. Prakash Raj and Bobby Simha played key roles. This is a movie with the backdrop of Vizag. Devisree Prasad has composed the music for this film.
