100 out of 100, hundreds of complaints resolved instantly on ration card; As a relief, the Thiruvananthapuram Taluktala Adalat has decided 100 percent of the complaints related to the ration card in Thiruvananthapuram Taluk. A total of 2847 applications were received in Thiruvananthapuram taluk in the taluk level adalat, which was started in the name of care and help to solve the grievances of the public related to the government departments in connection with the second anniversary of the state government. 412 applications have been received today. 1012 applications were disposed of. 26 subjects were considered for Adalam. There were 750 applications which were not included in the consideration of the Adalam and 676 applications which were rejected.
Most of the complaints were related to local self-governing bodies. Out of 838 applications received, 423 applications were disposed of. 325 applications related to taluk office have been disposed of. 65 applications related to Revenue Department, 44 applications related to Water Authority and 22 applications related to Principal Agriculture Office were resolved in the Adalat. All complaints received by the Pollution Control Board and Health Department have been redressed. The Pollution Control Board received seven applications and the Health Department received one complaint. Of the 11 applications received by the Scheduled Caste Development Department, six applications were disposed of, three of the five applications received by the Animal Welfare Department, two applications were disposed of by the Industries Department, which received four complaints, and six applications were disposed of by the KSEB, which received 12 applications. Each complaint was resolved in the Departments of Fisheries, Social Justice, Labour, Public Works and Irrigation.
