Sushant Singh Rajput used to pay rent of Rs.4.51 lakhs when he was renting that plot. Sushant, who moved into that plot in December 2019, committed suicide on June 14, 2020. The controversy over this suicide has been going on since last two years. It was not a suicide.. Recently someone has made a sensational allegation that he saw injuries on his back during the post-mortem. There were also allegations that some people in Bollywood formed a group and harassed Sushant. So Sushant’s death still remains a mystery.
After Sushant’s death, many people talked about the plot to the broker. But the broker said that the plot owner has been worried for the last two years as no one dared to stay in that plot for rent. However, recently a tenet has agreed to stay in that plot with his family. The broker said that the owner, who spoke to him, suggested a rent of Rs. 5 lakhs per month and a security deposit of Rs. 30 lakhs.
The broker said that many people in Mumbai have already forgotten about the death of Sushant Singh. He remembered that he talked about the plot in the past and now no one is asking. He also revealed that it is almost certain that the family will rent the plot. Final negotiations are going on.
