Latur: Makara Sankranti festival is celebrated all over the country on 14th. On this day, many people use to fly ‘Kaatadi’. Some people use nylon mancha for windsurfing.
This can pose a danger to birds, animals and motorists. Due to this, the government has banned the use of nylon mancha. But, beyond that, some people are selling nylon manja. A special police force has been formed in Maharashtra’s Latur district to take action against them.
They will take action against those who violate the rules. The police have requested the general public not to use nylon mancha. A request has also been made to inform the police if anyone is using nylon mancha.
