Delhi minister said- pollution comes from neighboring states
Delhi Environment Minister Gopal Rai said while talking to the media on Friday that Union Environment Minister Bhupendra Yadav had held a meeting with the Environment Ministers of Delhi, Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan. During this meeting, Delhi suggested several measures to curb pollution in the entire NCR region.
Earlier, Gopal Rai had requested the Center to call a meeting of all NCR states to chalk out a plan to deal with pollution during the winter season.
In that letter, Rai had said that the Delhi government has taken several steps to curb air pollution during the winter season, but these steps will not be effective unless pollution in Haryana, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh NCR is addressed. will be given.

Warning to stop work of negligent people in Mumbai
Apart from Delhi, air quality has started deteriorating in Mumbai also. Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has warned that if measures are not taken to prevent dust and pollution, it will shut down those construction sites which are not following the rules.
In an official notice, Municipal Corporation Commissioner Iqbal Singh Chahal was quoted as saying on Friday that currently construction work is going on at 6,000 sites in the city.
Central Pollution Control Board data showed that the air quality index (AQI) was above 200 (poor) at many places in the city during the day. After which the Municipal Corporation Commissioner said that the standards should be followed at all the sites. The construction of those who are negligent will be stopped, whether it is private or government work.
