Ajman Club’s football team resumes training today, after two days of rest following its return from the external camp in Serbia, launching the third stage of the preparation stages in preparation for the new season 2024-2025.
Ajman’s harvest was fruitful in its 20-day external camp, which concluded last Friday. It included 17 training sessions and five friendly matches, which allowed the technical staff, led by Serbian coach Goran Tufegdzic, to test all the players, in addition to enhancing harmony between all the team members before the start of the new season.
During their friendly matches, Ajman players succeeded in scoring nine goals against their opponents, while conceding four goals, and keeping a clean sheet in two matches, in matches that varied in football styles during the friendly matches that the “Orange” started on July 19 with a goalless draw against the Turkish “Basak”, while on the 21st of the same month they won against the Serbian “Novi Sad” with a score of (3-1), before the third friendly match on July 24 witnessed a positive draw against the Serbian “Textilak” with a score of (2-2).
Ajman returned to the winning track in the last two experiences, after winning on July 26 against Khorfakkan with a score of (2-1), and concluding the friendly matches last Thursday, with a victory over Serbian “Jedinstvo” with two clean goals.
Seven players took turns scoring Ajman’s goals in the friendly matches during the Serbia camp, with two goals each from Moroccan professional Ayman Al-Hassouni and his compatriot Yassin Jaberi, and one goal each from Walid Azaro, Saad Al-Hadani, Anas Amtitesh, Cameroonian Rocky, and Abdullah Abdulaziz.
Ajman will play a final friendly match at Rashid bin Saeed Stadium on the 9th of this month against Kalba team, while the “Orange” will start its new season on the 18th of this month by meeting Shabab Al Ahli at Rashid Stadium in Dubai in the first leg of the first round of the “Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank Cup”, while it will launch its first matches in the Professional League on the 23rd of August by meeting Al Wahda at Al Nahyan Stadium.
