He added: «This matter requires the solidarity of all concerned parties in Port Said and outside it to carry out its responsibilities and role towards preserving the stability of the team by persuading Kamel Abu Ali, the club president, to reverse his decision that stems entirely from his desire to achieve the interest of the club through the dream project, which is to build a stadium at the highest level. It is comparable to the latest international stadiums along with the investment project that provides the necessary material resources to meet the increasing expenses of a club of the size and value of the Egyptian club during the coming years.
He added, “The club’s board of directors confirms that it is currently making every effort to achieve the goal sought by the loyal people of Port Said, which is the complete adherence to the presence of Kamel Abu Ali as chairman of the club’s board of directors, with full assurance that the council’s silence and lack of media appearances during the last period comes from The door to concern for the interest of the club and not to engage in any polemics that may negatively affect the future of the Green Castle.
He explained, “The presence of the Egyptian club’s board of directors and its continuity in performing its work is fully linked to the presence of the symbol of Port Said and the historic Egyptian club, Kamel Abu Ali, in his duties as chairman of the board of directors.”
