Dibba team qualified after defeating its guest, Gulf FC, 3-1 in the match that was held at Dibba Stadium. The goals for the winner were scored by Brazilian Simon Cabral (2), Rashid Mohammed Al Khadim (39), and Mohammed Ibrahim (88), while the visitors’ goal was scored by Anwar Susal (55).
Fujairah defeated its guest, Fleetwood United, the newcomer, with two clean goals, scored by the Frenchman Jeffrey Durbant (48), and the Serbian Andrija Radovanovic (86).
Four matches will be held this evening, as Hatta meets Al Arabi, Al Dhaid meets Al Hamriyah, Al Jazirah Al Hamra meets Majd, and United meets Gulf United.
