The Dubai International Marine Sports Club is preparing to organize the Dubai International Waterbike Race (the first round of the UAE International Championship 2025), at the beginning of the club’s activities in the new year 2025, on the waters of Shorouk Beach in Jumeirah on January 10 and 11.
The Dubai International Marine Sports Club stated, “The upcoming race is the opening of international races in the calendar of the World Union for Marine Racing (UIM), as the race will be held under the supervision of the Emirates Marine Sports Federation under the umbrella of the International Federation, and with the participation of the elite champions of this sport from various parts of the world and countries of the region.” ».
Participants in the race will compete for the titles of 10 diverse categories, including: Sitting categories, of which there are four categories: Professional Sitting, GP2, GP3, and GP4 (Spark), while participants in the standing categories will compete for the titles of six categories: Professional G. P1, GP2, GP4 (4 strokes), GP2 veterans (2 strokes), and GP3 juniors (2 strokes), in addition to the standing cubs ladder race. GB 3.1.
For his part, Director of the Sports Affairs Department at the Dubai International Marine Sports Club, Mohammed Al Marri, welcomed the elite champions participating in the Dubai International Jet Ski Race, which returns this year with a new look, which is organizing the race in the form of a marine sports festival over two days, and in a special place, which is a beach.
