Alaa Mubarak, the son of former Egyptian President Mohamed Hosni Mubarak, criticized the media, Amr Adib, for his demand to impose a penalty on Sayed Abdel Hafeez, the football director of Al-Ahly Club.
Sayed Abdel Hafeez refused to pass through the honorary corridor that Zamalek players set up for Al-Ahly players, after the latter’s loss in the final match of the Egypt Football Cup, at Cairo Stadium.
The media, Amr Adib, commented on this incident, due to the lack of sports ethics and the demand for a penalty to be imposed on Sayed Abdel Hafeez, the football director of Al-Ahly Club.
Alaa Mubarak published the video clip through his official account on the Twitter site, and attached it to a “tweet” mocking Amr Adib, in which he stated: “Here I will be silent for a while, he will talk to us about principles and sports ethics and example and demand a punishment and a fine for you, Sayed Abdel Hafeez! About principles, morals and role models, where did they go when he went out speaking in a disrespectful manner about a stature like the Grand Imam, Sheikh of Al-Azhar, who is at the top of the largest religious institution?! Respect is education.”
Here I will be silent for a while 🙂 He talks to us about principles, sports ethics and role models and asks for a punishment and a fine for you, Mr. Abdel Hafeez! Medicine for talking about principles, morals and role models, where did they go when he came out speaking in a disrespectful manner about a stature like the Grand Imam, Sheikh of Al-Azhar, who is at the top of the largest religious institution! Respect is upbringing pic.twitter.com/FftdX3KJgQ
