He explained: «In Ramadan, I do not like to go out a lot, and I am keen to pray in the mosque, and read the Qur’an, especially since the atmosphere in Ramadan is more than wonderful, then focus on training with the team, especially since we are at the most important timing in the season, and we have very important benefits.
On his relationship with Ramadan food, Zuhair stressed that he is keen to adhere to healthy nutrition as a professional football player, and get enough sleep, and he said: “The month of Ramadan is abundant in the determination, and foods and meals are varied, and for me I eat small amounts of food that I love, such as the couscous and Tunisian omelets, but my favorite food is the Tunisian brick that resembles the samosan I eat large quantities, but rather small pieces, so that my weight or fitness is not affected during training and matches. ”
Alaa Zuhair indicated that he enjoys the atmosphere of Ramadan in the UAE, and said: “The atmosphere here is very beautiful, and family, as Abu Dhabi is distinguished by the presence of a large number of mosques, which are crowded with worshipers in a wonderful Ramadan atmosphere.”
