The coach begins his career with Al Ain from the external camp that the team will hold in a European country next August, during which the coach will work to convey his idea to the players in preparation for the new season, as Schroeder’s method relies on the offensive side a lot, as it is known that he does not adhere to one method. .

It will be the responsibility of the new coach to deal with the heavy legacy left by Rebrov, as the most prominent difficulty is represented in the exit of Al Ain from the last season without a title, as he finished runner-up to Shabab Al-Ahly, who won the ADNOC Professional League title, the President’s Cup, the Super Cup and the Abu Dhabi Bank Cup, which he lost all of them to Sharjah.
