The MPs and MLAs said that the YCP government has a good intention to do well for the farmers. He said that there is a worldwide discussion on the agricultural practices in AP. It is mentioned that the Government of India is trying to take Rythu Bharosa Kendras as a model. He called on all the farmers to attend the Rythu Bharosa Sabha to be held on Tuesday.

Benefit farmers with quality seeds and fertilizers
As per the promise given in the Padayatra, Chief Minister Jaganmohan Reddy has given Rs. Ex-minister Mekathoti Sucharita revealed that they are depositing in 13,500 accounts. He said that distribution of quality seeds and fertilizers through Rythu Bharosa Kendras is benefiting the farmers. CM Jagan explained that the fourth tranche of funds under the YSR Rythu Bharosa scheme will be released at Tenali venue and revealed that Rs 25,807 crores have been provided to 58,32,788 poor farmers under the Rythu Bharosa scheme in four years. He said that there are a large number of families dependent on agriculture in AP. CM Jagan has been praised for providing infrastructure in the agricultural sector.
Farmers in Guntur district Rs. 868 crores
MLA Kilaru Roshaiah said that 1,73,718 people in Guntur district have been given assistance of Rs.868 crores under the YSR Rythu Bharosa scheme. If the negative growth of the agriculture sector was -6.5 percent in 2018-19 by the time the TDP government came down, it was stated that the agriculture sector recorded a growth rate of 8.2% in 2021-22 under the rule of CM Jagan.
Proper implementation of MSP in the state
MLA Mustafa said that the AP government is implementing minimum support price (MMSP) for the crops grown by the farmers. At present chillies are priced at Rs. 7,000, Yellow- Rs.6,850. He said that he is an MSP. He said that CM Jagan felt that the farmers would not suffer any loss and provided input subsidy at a cost of 118.4 lakhs to 1,392 tobacco farmers who lost their crop due to Cyclone Nivar. MLA Mustafa explained that the AP government is paying the support price even for the crops for which the central government has not announced the support price.
