GNTM model Aminata Sanogo (28) is currently heavily pregnant and is really looking forward to her first child. Her little boy will be born soon. However, she will greet him as a single mother.
The 28-year-old separated from the father of her baby. She now makes this very clear in a long post on her Instagram page. With her almost 60,000 followers, Aminata shares a very personal “ Hand on heart moment.”
“The beginning of my pregnancy was incredibly emotionally challenging. Not just because of the hormones like most pregnant women, but above all because of the man with whom I have the child,” writes the model, who made it to fourth place in the 9th season of “Germany’s Next Top Model” in 2014, a few days earlier.
“I received no emotional support at all,” says Aminata. “On the contrary, we had one argument after another.”

She does not mention the name of the man from whom she is having a baby. Instead, she vividly describes how bad things were for her in the relationship.
“I cried so much because I couldn’t believe that this person I had known for so long could disappoint me so much,” says Aminata. “I even defended him in front of my people even though he didn’t deserve it.”
Aminata Sanogo is not only known from GNTM, in 2017 she also twirled across the dance floor on “Let’s Dance”.
The heavily pregnant model once again makes it clear that she is going through life single again with the hashtag #singleparent.
“I am absolutely not the kind of woman who will beg for a father for my child,” the 28-year-old sends a clear jab at her ex. “I know too much who I am and what I am capable of.”
She knows very well: “I can and will never be able to replace my father,” writes Heidi’s model. “But I promise on my soul that my child will not lack love, attention, affection, good education, values and principles.”
Although she wants to “always leave the door open” for her son’s father, Aminata Sanogo becomes a little bit forgiving in the end. “So he can get to know his father and build a relationship with him.”
