Tottenham Hotspur fans have called on the club’s management to control the crises surrounding the team.
And the British news agency (BA Media) reported that the current season witnessed more chaos for Tottenham, after it was confirmed that the punishment of its sports director, Fabio Paratici, was extended to include the world instead of being limited to Italy only.
Paratici was suspended for two and a half years last January, after his former club Juventus, in which he worked for 11 years, was convicted of falsifying the club’s accounts.
And while the punishment prevented Paratici from working in Italy, the decision of the International Federation (FIFA) and his extension of the penalty imposed by the Italian Federation, will prevent him from performing his duties with Tottenham.
For his part, Tottenham confirmed that he is seeking additional clarifications from (FIFA), referring to the fact that he submitted an appeal to the Italian Federation Court, which is scheduled to hold a hearing on April 19, but days after the dismissal of Italian coach Antonio Conte, he was urged Management to show some administrative skill to face the crisis.
Martin Buhagiar, a member of the board of directors of the Tottenham fans club, said in statements to the British News Agency (BA Media): The club is going through one drama after another, and in chaos after another.
He added: It’s very worrying because the club’s lack of management has become a concern for Tottenham fans right now.
Buhagiar explained: We knew for several months that Conte would leave, but no one ever indicated who would come after him, because Conte was left and there does not seem to be a plan B, we have returned to appointing temporary coaches again.
He said: It is just a matter of management, there is a need for someone to take a stand and put an end to all this.
Tottenham ranks fourth in the English Premier League standings, with 49 points.
