Angry driving school owner disrupts exams, candidates duped: ‘Bizarre chases in Enschede’

People who take their driving test in Enschede run the risk of being chased during their test. The former Needse driving school owner Henrie Kamps uses this strategy in his fight against the Central Bureau for Driving Skills (CBR). An 18-year-old student from Enschede fell victim to it on Friday morning.
