Sudhakar Babu from Guntur district.. During the last election, he went to Prakasam district and contested from Santnutalapadu constituency. Sudhakar won comfortably in YSRCP. Even though the leader is from another district.. the people there have joined him. For two years, there were no quarrels in Santnutalapadu. As they became a little rowdy, Balineni Srinivasa Reddy, a key leader of the district, had to step in. It is reported that the situation has improved a bit after that.
However.. now it has become a sensation that YCP leaders from Kamma community are organizing special meetings against the MLA. They are unhappy that they are not given priority in Santnutalapadu. After a long discussion in these meetings, it seems that they have decided to tell the matter to the district in-charge minister and CM Jagan. With this, it is being spread that the leaders have decided not to give ticket to Sudhakar Babu in 2024 election.
The second tier cadre’s voice of dissent has now become a topic of discussion. In this background, it seems that the leadership has focused on this constituency. There is a campaign going on that party leaders are planning to contest from here. It is reported that the party leadership, which has already collected some details, will take a key decision on Santnutalapadu very soon. If the ticket is given to the current MLA again.. it seems that Balineni will be fielded as there are signs that the defeat is inevitable. If anyone’s name is proposed to Baline, there are chances that they will be fielded as a candidate.
